the background and border of a user interface element (buttons, menus, etc) in
the toolbar simple disapear when a menu passes over it.
It also happens when i pass the mouse over a buton, the "beveled highlight"
appears normaly every time (i'm using the default skin by the way) but when i
move the mouse out, the button jsut have it's picture and no border or
whatsoever. It also remove the suken divider bellow the button, since the
highlight also overlad the first row of pixels from the line.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open mozila
2. open any menu (file for exemple)
3. Close the menu. The widgets will be "borderless". Just the picture of the
button siting on a gray background
4. resize anything. all back to normal until next time a menu pass over any control

it wasn't happening with the nigthly build from last week
