We'll want to add several more strings to the aboutwelcome card [https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/locales/en-US/browser/newtab/onboarding.ftl]. We'll also update assets but that might come later if the designers need more time.

Sam, just a quick note - it's not an error that there are no strings for the spotlight modal that is displayed to existing users. That's by design, we're not making any updates there.
