Background colours are always #rrggbb colours.
In non-css mode text and highlight colours are always #rrggbb colours.
But in css mode you get rgb() colours.

Hmm. I'm not sure what was fixed here. What is the best way to verify this ?

OK, so here's some steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a new composer window
2. Type some text in
3. Select it
4. Click on the "Choose highlight colour for text" widget
5. Choose a colour e.g. #993300
6. Click OK
7. Click on the highlight widget again
Current results: #993300
Previous results: rgb(153, 51, 0)

Ok, thanks. Verified in the 2003-05-11-08 Win32 and 2003-05-13-08 Macho trunk
builds.
