I never took the time to open this before as I was never able and am still unable to figure out what triggers it and which circumstances trigger this (although I have some doubts about changing views, but absolutely unsure).
I regularly have cases of notifications for an email that was received quite some time ago, and that already had a notification produced for it, but a new notification is emitted hours later. The issue have been happening for years, seems random and does not happen for every email but only some of them.
Is there any way to collect more information regarding this to complete this bug with actually useful information? Because with the very few information provided here, not much is actionable to understand/debug/fix this.

Was this version 115 and 128, or just version 128?

I'd say it's so old it's from even before 115, I just took a lot of time to report it as I was never able to understand what could be the cause.
