User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20030130 Phoenix/0.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20030130 Phoenix/0.5 SAAB Deutschland, SAAB's German website, shows up blank in Mozilla and Netscape 7. This is strange since the site is contained in an inner frame, <http://www.saab.de/main/DE/de/index.xml>, which is displayed OK when viewed in isolation. Please note that this is almost certainly another problem than that which has previously had the same apparent effect on almost all SAAB Automobile websites; see bug #115423 for more information. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Point Mozilla to the URL. Actual Results: No content is visible. Expected Results: All content should be visible. Looking more closely at the frameset code, I think the behaviour is due to cols="0"; saving a local copy and removing the cols attribute fixes the problem. Thus, this is probably an evangelism issue.
Moving to Tech Evangelism.

No problems here: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312
It works for me too. I no longer see any mention of the COLS attribute in the frameset HTML, so it looks like it's been fixed. Resolving accordingly. Tested in Phoenix/0.5-0030306, and Netscape 7.
