Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016
When available bandwidth is low, the download manager indicates that the
download is complete when at time it is really less than one percent complete.
Possible causes are "connection timeout" is interperted as end of file or errors
at various protocol levels appear to singal the end of the downloaded file.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. use a dialup modem at peak hours
2. generate bad data that TCP is capable of handling or intentionally corrupt
data mozilla is recieving
3.
Actual Results:
Download manager reports download complete when it is actually not.
Expected Results:
Continue to aggressively resume the download and after so many attempts produce
an error that would prompt the end user to action.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030217
I´ve got this with a current build: with yesterdays build (20030216) I failed
two times downloading a nightly, first time the -04 nightly after downloading
about 6 MB, then the -08 nightly after downloading about 3 MB, then downloading
of win32-talkback.zip went well.
But this is a firsttime observation after the networking errors were fixed,
I´ll report here, if I see more.
HTTP 1.1, Keep-Alive enabled, Pipelining disabled.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030217
happened again: while downloading (http) mozilla-win32.zip I was reading some
news and postings in tabs loading in the background. When download was finished,
I looked again at komodo, saw that talkback had landed, and started download of
the talkbackversion. Went on reading, then left the computer.
When I returned, the connection was closed, download finished.
I didn´t tell win to close the connection, sometimes it happens, don´t know, if
my ISP closes on idle times, but it was not the regular 24h-break.
Looking at windows explorer, only 4.188 MB of 11.677 MB were on my harddisk.
DUN started automatically with clicking on another tab, and I restarted
download, and it succeeded.

seems to be fixed, I downloaded about 3 nightlies a day since my last comment,
that is about 10 files from mozilla and phoenix only, besides others.

Sorry, but I'm experiencing this :-/ (could owner please re-open?)
Usually happens with large downloads (I'm dialup) when near the end (>90%) - the
file is not complete yet download manager claims it is with no errors (eg. shows
"Finished 10484KB of 10484KB", yet file is actually 8322KB).
I've seen it a few times with mp3's at http://remix.kwed.org/ but that's not the
only site.
btw, Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-GB; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030529
