STR
- Enable "Open previous tabs & windows" on startup (not sure if this is necessary or not).
- Create a tab group on the latest nightly
- Collapse the group.
- Right-click on it and select "Save and Close"
=> At this stage the group appears in the "List all tabs" menu.
- Restart Firefox
Expected Results
=> The group is still listed in "List all tabs"
Actual Results
=> The group is no longer listed in "List all tabs"

Reproduced the issue in Firefox Nightly 134.0a1(2024-12-22), verified as fixed across platforms in Nightly 136.0a1 and Firefox 135.0b2.
