If you resize the window too much, it starts resizing on it's own.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click and hold the lower-right corner of the window with the mouse.
2. Drag it around in circles for a minute.
3. Let go.

Actual Results:  
The window starts resizing at random when the mouse moves over any part of it 
it.

Expected Results:  
Act like normal and not resize at random.

This bug reproduces best at: resource:///res/samples/test6.html
Also, the bug stops if you click the menu bar.

WFM Mozilla 1.7b 2004030708 WinNT4

Reporter, can you reproduce it with current builds? Otherwise mark it resolved
as WORKSFORME.

OK, I tested it in Mozilla 1.6 and the bug didn't happen.
