First time creating a tab group
Steps to reproduce [can add screenshots or video recordings for reference]:
- Start with a fresh install of Nightly (never used tab groups previously)
- Create a new tab group
Expected behavior [What should have happened?]:
A call-out should appear the first time you create a tab group showing where to retrieve the tab group when you close it
Actual behavior [What actually happened?]:
No call-out appears
Second scenario
Steps to reproduce [can add screenshots or video recordings for reference]:
- Right click on the same tab group you that you just created
- Click on "Save and close group"
Expected behavior [What should have happened?]:
A call-out should appear the first time you hit "Save and close group"
Actual behavior [What actually happened?]:
No call-out appears
