Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a paramountplus.com video in PiP
  2. open an application in fullscreen-mode (Minecraft JE for example)

Actual results:

PiP window remains in background behind the fullscreen application

Expected results:

User should be able to force PiP to remain above every other application (which I thought was supposed to be one of PiP's main features?)
