Overview Description:

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open the browser to the above URL or other URL with multiple text boxes/areas
on one page.
2) Select one of the boxes/areas by clicking on it with the mouse--a flashing
cursor should appear.
3) Click on another box area.

Actual Results: A cursor begins flashing in the currently selected box but the
previously selected box also has a cursor flashing in it. (On the bugzilla
reporting page I can have five simultaneously blinking cursors (six if you
consider the cursor in the location/search box).

Expected Results: There should be only one cursor on a given page at one time.
It should appear in the active (selected) text box/area. There should be no
other cursors in any other boxes than the currently selected one (including the
URL Location box).

Works for me on 2000-01-04-08 Linux build (RedHat 6.0). I remember a similar
problem occurring for me on some older builds, but the latest one has no such
problems.
