Steps to reproduce:

Platform is Fedora using seamonkey-2.53.20-1.fc41

  1. Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks.
  2. Tools->Restore->Choose File
  3. Navigate and select file.
  4. Press Open button.

Actual results:

Nothing happens, pressing Open is the same as pressing Cancel.

Expected results:

Previous version loaded the selected file.

Version 2.53.20 has the same problem on Windows, no way to load saved bookmarks.

Offending patch has been fixed som time ago. Will work again in 2.53.21
