From the site: <div id=main align=center style="left: 10%; width: 90%; height: 100%; border: 0px solid red; position: absolute; overflow: auto; overflow-y: scroll;"> The overflow that is set on the div causes it to have scroll bars. Height:100% also causes the window to have scroll bars. Hence two scroll bars. IE doesn't get overflow right, so IE users will only see one scroll bar. I suggest this be bumped over to Tech-Evangelism

They indeed fixed this in thier last redesign
