Details

In Bug 1935474, we turned off ABSL_HAVE_THREAD_SANITIZER because it caused failures due to missing symbols (like __tsan_mutex_destroy).

Depends on: 2067508

This will be fixed by the patches in bug 2003767 and bug 2067508.
