Details

I've read https://wiki.mozilla.org/GitHub#Team_Maintainers_.26_Project_Leads, and need help adding a contributor to the org:

Name: David "Davey" Alvarez
Mozilla Email: dalvarez@mozilla.com
Github Profile link: https://github.com/david1alvarez
Github Team(s) REQUIRED: fxa
NOTE: This is NOT the Org Name, but instead any teams inside the request org.

If this is not being requested by a team maintainer, please request their approval via need-info.

Alright - I'm showing that you're already a member of the Mozilla org - So any team maintainer can add you to their teams in that org.

Normally here I'd NI the needed maintainer, and we'd get you added. But there's no "fxa" team - there's a bunch of teams with "fxa" in their title - and it looks like :clouserw is a maintainer of most of them.

https://github.com/orgs/mozilla/teams/fxa-admins
https://github.com/orgs/mozilla/teams/fxa-archives
https://github.com/orgs/mozilla/teams/fxa-community
https://github.com/orgs/mozilla/teams/fxa-devs
https://github.com/orgs/mozilla/teams/fxa-l10n
https://github.com/orgs/mozilla/teams/fxa-write

:clouserw do you have any guidance as to which team they should be added?

I'm happy to do the button clicking if needed. Just need clarification on which buttons to hit.

Looks like the title is wrong. He needs access to https://github.com/orgs/mozilla-services/teams/fxa (mozilla-services org)

Alrighty then!
I show that Wil's a maintainer of that team, and that Davey needs membership to that org.

Davey: You will be getting two invites. First from people.m.o invites to the group ghe_Mozilla-Services_users - please accept this before proceeding.
Next, from GitHub to whatever email address you have associated with your GitHub account. The invites to the Mozilla-Services org(s) - once you accept these and sign into GitHub you'll be a member of the org(s), and the requested teams.

If you can't find that GitHub invite, go to the following link and next to the desired organization name, there should be an option to accept an invite. https://github.com/settings/organizations

Note that invites expire after a week, and so if you need things re-sent please update this bug.

Once you’re signed into the org, there may be some changes you need to make if you use PAT/SSH/gh cli/other-tools - directions for that live here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/GitHub/GHE_SAML_User_FAQ#Alright.2C_I.27ve_SAML.27d_what_now.3F

Please let us know if there's any questions or concerns
