User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:134.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/134.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the quick filter.
- Look at the quick filter settings buttons.
Actual results:
They look as if they are pressed (selected)
Expected results:
They look as if they are not pressed (not selected)
For comparison, look at the quick filter button when selected and not selected. There is a blue bar that highlights the selection as with the quick filter settings buttons but when the quick filter button is not selected it looks non-pressed as expected. So, the quick filter settings buttons should just look like the quick filter button.
Apparently there was a similar bug on Windows (Bug 1817836) that has been fixed.
This was tested on macOS 15.2, but other versions are probably affected as well.

On linux, they do look slightly lighter gray. (The blue vertical bar will however show pretty clearly whether the option is active or not.)
