Attaching the video just in case, but it was loaded in a dialog from https://ssl.gstatic.com/ui/v1/icons/mail/rfr/grv2_promo.mp4
Firefox can't play this video (file is damaged), but it works fine in Chrome and locally (VLC).

This is currently unsolvable, because the format is YUV444. The WMF decoder only supports H264 for yuv420. Chrome can play it by using ffmpeg decoder, but we can't use ffmpeg for H264 on Windows due to the patent. Same situation for MacOS, but it should work on Linux if user has their own installed ffmpeg.
