Steps to reproduce
- Open the Settings menu. Tap Data collection > Studies.
- Tap on the "Remove" red button displayed near any active experiment.
- Tap "OK" on the confirmation prompt that appears to quit Firefox to apply the change.
- Observe.
Expected behavior
After step 3, the prompt should not be displayed at all (based on 1935174). The experiment should be removed from the list.
Actual behavior
In this case, the confirmation prompt is irrelevant, since tapping "OK" does not close the application, and the experiment is automatically removed. (The confirmation prompt when switching the Studies toggle off was also removed in 1935174)
Device information
- Firefox version: Nightly 136.0a1 from 01/17, Beta 135.0b5 (not reproducible with dot release 134.0.1 where the old behavior still applies).
- Android device model/Android OS version: Google Pixel 8 Pro (Android 14)
