User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:134.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/134.0
Steps to reproduce:
Align your Firefox window to the left or right screen edge (no gap between screen edge and the window). Obviously, the window is not in full-screen mode.
'Always use private browsing mode' is ON, or 'Open previous windows and tabs' is OFF.
I observe this on Win11 but not on Linux. It appears that this is triggered by the privacy settings 'Always use private browsing mode' and/or the setting 'Open previous windows and tabs' (which is turned OFF if the former is ON).
Actual results:
After restarting Firefox, the window is moved away from the edge about 15 pixel, which leaves a gap between the screen edge and the window.
Expected results:
The windows should not move by itself on restart and be placed where it was before.

I can repro on Win10.
As the window is created in the correct position and only thereafter moved inwards, though, I suspect this is intended behavior on some level. (I have no opinion as to whether it should be maintained.)
