Steps to reproduce:

  1. I entered a calendar event in April at 10:00-11:00 in my default timezone (Europe/Vienna, GMT+2 in April).
  2. I changed the event start and end timezones to Etc/GMT+1.

Actual results:

The start and end times were set to 07:00 and 08:00 Etc/GMT+1, respectively (leaving the calendar event display unchanged at 10:00-11:00 GMT+2).

Expected results:

The start and end times should have been set to 09:00 and 10:00 Etc/GMT+1, respectively (leaving the calendar event display unchanged at 10:00-11:00 GMT+2).

Due to daylight savings adjustment?

No. I just tested with a new entry for today 14:00: I'm in TZ Europe/Vienna, which currently (no DST) is GMT+1. Changing the time zone from Europe/Vienna to Etc/GMT+1 changes the time to 12:00 (which would be correct for GMT-1) instead of leaving it unchanged.
