Creating a new profile causes about:profiles to no longer populate

Details

STR:

  1. Go to about:profiles, check its contents
  2. Hamburger Menu - Profiles - New Profile
  3. Create a profile, or even just delete it
  4. Now launch/refresh about:profiles

Expected Behaviour: Populates as step 1
Actual Behaviour: No profiles are shown, until relaunched

This is expected because profiles.ini has been modified on disk and we don't support reloading it after that.
