The "Give me a clue about how to use this form." link should be at the top of
the query page in a prominent position. It can be easily missed at the bottom of
the page by users who have problems.

The link should just say "Help". The wording currently (in my not so humble
opinion) labels anyone who needs to use it as being dumb/clueless. I am logging
this at the normal severity level (rather than trival) as it is not good form to
alienate those who spend their time to help you to improve your product (me
included).

It's already this way on the trunk. bugzilla.mozilla.org will pick it up the
next time they upgrade.
