Google doc is zoomed in a lot but Firefox says we are at 100%. Not sure how I got there.

Can it be that you used pinch-to-zoom on the trackpad to zoom? If that's the case, it's a duplicate of bug 1920570.
P.S. Better to file a bug in Firefox::Untriaged than General, if the component is unclear.
