Details

I just copied in toolkit/locale/widgets the dtd and properties files for all the
widgets in toolkit/content/widgets with the exception of wizard.properties.
It's platform dependent (well only the Mac one differs) so I prefer to let you
decide what should be done.

I used the preprocessor and added some mac specific lines to wizard.properties.
