I'm in a state where I can't close a tab the tab title is "(Untitled)" and the url appears to be about:blank Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "unclosable blank tab" also in bug 112337 A recent tab regression was in bug 194099, but may have been Phoenix only.
old tab bug. not gonna hold for this.
