Preconditions

• VPN connected to US region.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox.
2. Open about:newtab page
3. Dismiss the first or second sponsored shortcut.

Expected result

• The sponsored tile is dismissed, all the remaining tiles are re-ordered by moving one position to the left ( 1.sponsored, 2.sponsored, 3.topsite)

Actual result

• The sponsored tile is dismissed, the remaining tiles are re-ordered in the wrong order. (1. Sponsored, 2.topsite, 3. Sponsored).

Thank you for reporting! The position of each sponsored shortcut is fixed (first, second, third), so while this behavior feels a bit odd it is expected.
