No way to copy hyperlinks and paste in email as plain text, nor way to undo HTML of link

If you go to a page with a hyperlink, and copy it, then paste in an email, it's 
always a hyperlink.  I see no way to make it into plain text via copy/paste. 
And the only way to change the hyperlink itself, once in the email edit, is to
double-click the link, go to advanced edit, highlight the href and click 'remove'.

This is annoying.  There should be a 'copy text' for hyperlinks like in Opera.
