Steps to reproduce:

The release notes for NSS 3.101.3 at

https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/security/nss/releases/nss_3_101_3.html

contain the following link for a "source tarball":

https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/security/nss/releases/NSS_3_101_3_RTM/src/

But this link is currently broken.

Actual results:

A "404 Not Found" error occurs when the link is followed.

Expected results:

The web server should have served a page containing a link to the NSS 3.101.3 source tarball.
