User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030212
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030212

When trying to create a folder name with an accented character, e.g. "cliché"
the first click on OK button gives nothing. The second click says that a
folder with that name already exists (which is of course not true).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "new folder" in "file" menu.
2. Type "cliché"
3. Click OK (twice)

Actual Results:
The first click on OK button gives nothing. The second click says that a
folder with that name already exists (which is of course not true).

Expected Results:
A folder names "cliché" should have been created.

Mac OS X 10.2.4, French
