19462 - [PP]Win & mac only- Delete Abook card then reopen abook result pane empty

Using build 1999112008 on Mac and 1999111908 on Win98 if I Delete an Address
Book card, then close the Address Book and reopen in the same apprunner session
the results pane does not display the cards.  This is very much like bug 17895,
but this scenario includes the Deleting of a card.
Note: at this time Linux crashes when running this scenario (bug 19461)

1. Have at least 3 cards in your Personal Address Book
2. Launch Apprunner
3. Select Address Book from tasks menu
4. Select Personal Address Book
5. Select a card to Delete and click the Delete tool bar button
6. Close the Address book window
7. Select Address Book  from the tasks menu and select the Personal Address Book

Result: No cards  are displayed in results pane
Expected: To see all the cards except the deleted card displayed in Address Pane

UPDATE: using build 1999120816m12 on win98 and 1999120808m12 on linux and mac
this is no longer a bug.  Since it wasn't marked as fixed, resolution can change
to Worksforme and I will verify.

Using builds 20000103 on win, mac and linux this is no longer a problem.   A
similiar bug 17895 was fixed, so I will change the resolution to worksforme and
verify.
