1946242 - Tab Groups in tab overflow menu shows incorrect colour state

Steps to reproduce [can add screenshots or video recordings for reference]:

1. Open a new window and create a tab group and collapse the tab group
2. Open a second new window and go to the TOM menu to look for the tab group in the "Tab groups" section

Expected behavior [What should have happened?]:
The square tab group favicon colour should be a solid colour

Actual behavior [What actually happened?]:
The tab group favicon colour is showing a "collapsed" state colour. The rule is that tab groups in the "Tab groups" menu is either in an "opened" or "closed" state (solid vs outline).

Reproduced the issue with Firefox 137.0a1 (2025-02-05) on macOS 14.
The issue is verified fixed with Firefox 138.0a1 (20250305205032) and Firefox 137.0b1 (20250303103151) on macOS 14, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 22.
