Since daily 2025-02-04 (2025-02-03 is fine) there's something really wrong with coordinates. When I hover a link, I need to be slightly above it, instead of over it. There is something similar for menus (e.g. Help main menu).
There is also kind of an unoccupied border (ca 10px) around the window - I guess these issues are connected. The window can't be made "full height" - or I'm guessing it's occupying full height just the top 10px are transparent... or something like this.

The symptoms is not always instantly visible when opening. I have a wide monitor so I can put two windows next to each other, and then it's always quite obvious.

Firefox daily does not have this problem.

This is on Ubuntu 24.04.

Bug 581863 fits in that window...

Is your daily window tiled? might be bug 1946184?

Otherwise: X11 or Wayland? Any specific DE?

Flags: needinfo?(mkmelin+mozilla)

I'm not sure what tiled means. Hard to say if that bug would be the same or not.
This is x11 and basic gnome DE.

Is your window snapped to the side of the screen, or is it "floating"?

It's snapped to the side of the screen.

Ok, and presumably it works fine if you pull it out so it floats? If so, this is bug 1946184.

If I make the window smaller and move it around, well, hard to say about the border (as it's transparent).
However, the very annoying wrong click/hover coordinates issue is still there. I'll check if bug 1946184 resolved it after that lands.

FWIW, still broken in 2025-02-07's daily
