2003022312, but this started yesterday. Last usable trunk build is 2003022112. Anything I try involving opening a page causes abend.
this is known because the os/2 tinderbox is orange
This is an optimizer bug in nsCSSFrameConstructor.cpp. Because I REALLY want an OS/2 build today, I checked in a hacked Makefile that turns off optimization for this directory. today's build (available around noon) should come up.
Whatever you did worked. 2003022412 is working OK so far. What is the resolution here? Fixed, or WFM?
I'm leaving this open because the problem is an optimizer bug. We'll close it when we switch to GCC.

I've decided to mark this fixed. The VACPP "unoptimization" is in, and GCC won't have the problem.
