[Prerequisites]:

• Have the Firefox Beta 136.0.2 it/fr/de build installed.
• Have the VPN set to the previous chosen locale. (IT, FR or ES).

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser from the prerequisites.
2. Navigate to the “about:config” page and set “browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.discoverystream.sections.enabled” to true.
3. Restart the browser and open a new tab.
4. Observe the section cards from the new tab.

[Expected result]:

• The cards from the new tab are loaded.

[Actual result]:

• The cards from the new tab are not loaded.
