Steps to reproduce:

Enhancement Request: Please consider ensuring that all CA Owner POCs receive Case notifications, not just the Case creator. To make sure CAs don't miss any notices given the seriousness of Cases.

For example, when a Case is created or closed, comments are added, or the status changes.

Thank you for filing this request.

For CA Owners, the CCADB includes both Primary POCs and POCs, where Primary POCs are issued a community license and have the ability to log in to the system, and POCs only receive email notifications from the system. (more context here)

Does it make sense to expand these auto-notifications to include the Case creator and all other Primary POCs associated with that CA Owner, since those are the individuals that can log in to the CCADB and act on a Case?
