User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:134.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/134.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. I increased font sizes so I can read text.

  2. I tried to bookmark all tabs.

  3. I tried to pick a folder.

Actual results:

  1. I ended up with a modal which stretches off the bottom of the screen, and no way to close it.

Expected results:

If you're going to keep using modals, make sure there's some way to close them, short of quitting Firefox.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Component: Untriaged → Widget: Gtk
Product: Firefox → Core

Which kind of modal do you talk about here? Does the modal dialog come from Firefox or from Gtk like file dialog? Can you attach picture of whole screen?
Thanks.

  1. The one that opens if I use "Bookmark All Tabs." 2. I think it comes from Firefox; in any case, it's the one that opens if I use "Bookmark All Tabs." 3. No.

Doesn't <ESC> key work?

"Bookmark All Tabs" dialog can be closed by ESC key.

It may be also caused by reported wrong screen size - the reported size may ignore bottom panel.
