Steps to reproduce:
Open the message that is attached to this bug.
Actual results:
There is no vertical scrollbar present to be able to scroll down the message.
Expected results:
There should be a vertical scrollbar present to allow you to scroll down the message.

I also see no scroll bar when viewing the attached message body with Original HTML. For a work-around you can view the message body as Simple HTML.

This is because of the <html style="overflow-y: hidden;">
. So the behaviour is correct.
Better ask the sender why they do this.

I think yes. This seems the sender hasn't tested this on a client with full HTML support.

I am able to scroll down the message in both my email provider's webmail client and in Thunderbird for Android.

Garbage in, garbage out... Perhaps we should still force the scrollbars to be visible, by setting html overflow-* properties to our liking in
