The window with a large shadow
Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS, XFCE.
Build ID 20250211090130
The window appears to be much larger than the actual window. Menus and tool-tips appear in the wrong location. See the images.
This persists over restart.

On a second system the window is much narrower than it should be (with the wide shadow) and the window control buttons (minimize, maximize) not shown.
