Currently when the user is selecting a custom wallpaper color, the color picker remains on screen even when user exits the wallpaper selection.
It would be a good improvement to user experience if we close the color picker for the user when they're exiting the menu.

Turns out this is a Firefox UI feature and not something we can control from newtab.
Closing it off as a WONTFIX.
