Just spotted this issue, it seems we're crashing inside Nvidia's drivers while executing a vcmpps instruction. Given that the crashes are happening on at least four different machines but are all clustered around the same driver version I guess this is a problem on Nvidia's side (the AdapterDriverVersion for all these crashes is 32.0.15.7216 at the moment).

Yes, appears to be something related to video playback in the nvidia driver. Probably worth checking with nvidia contacts to see if they have any ideas.
