Preconditions:
• Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://duckduckgo.com/?q=mozilla&iaxm=maps
- Zoom in the section below the map.
- Try zooming out completely.
Expected Behavior:
The page can be zoomed out.
Actual Behavior:
The page cannot be zoomed out completely.
Notes:
- Screen rec attached
- Reproducible regardless of the ETP status
- Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
- Not reproducible on Chrome

The page once zoomed in cannot be scrolled with one finger, only with 2. On Chrome you can scroll with one finger.
