Attached video zoom FF vs Chrome.mp4

Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11) / Google Pixel 5 (Android 14)
Firefox version: 135/137

Preconditions:
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://duckduckgo.com/?q=mozilla&iaxm=maps
  2. Zoom in the section below the map.
  3. Try zooming out completely.

Expected Behavior:
The page can be zoomed out.

Actual Behavior:
The page cannot be zoomed out completely.

Notes:

  1. Screen rec attached
  2. Reproducible regardless of the ETP status
  3. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  4. Not reproducible on Chrome

The page once zoomed in cannot be scrolled with one finger, only with 2. On Chrome you can scroll with one finger.

Since nightly and release are affected, beta will likely be affected too.

This is for zooming, so I think APZ folks should be the right one to diagnosis.
