Steps to reproduce:

I installed the latest Beta update 136.0b1 (64-bit) without doing any other changes. I also enabled every single notification setting in Settings > General.

Actual results:

The update works as expected, but the red dot no longer shows up on the Thunderbird tray icon when I receive new mail. The only type of notification that works for me now is the sound alert, despite enabling every notification option.

Expected results:

The red dot should be showing up on top of the tray icon when new mail arrives.

Probably bug 1947554. Better in 136.0b2?
