194819 - Page Info: access keys for Links and Security tabs don't work

Description

[sairuh (rarely reading bugmail)]

in the Page Info window, the access keys for the _L_inks and _S_ecurity tabs
don't work. however, the access keys for the other tabs (General, Forms, Media,
Privacy) do work.

tested with 2003.02.24.04 comm trunk bits on linux rh7.2.

should we get rid of the accesskeys of tabs and wait bug 175893 to be implemented?

Yes, since it is a bug, we should remove the accesskeys on the tabs.

we're removing them, so it really doesn't matter any more

But there is another bug: using ctrl + tab, you can't go to other tabs from
Security.

right, but there's a bug about that. I think it's blocked by 175893 as well

yeah, it kinda sorta morphed.

v inv, since the issue [now] is that we need to be able to move btwn tabs (not
have access keys).

sairuh, you can move between tabs by using Ctrl+Tab (although moving past the last
tab doesn't work, that's something different....)
