Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable browser.tabs.groups.enabled
  2. Create a tab group
  3. Press the tab group with your mouse cursor and try to move it

Actual results:

The tab group cannot be moved

Expected results:

I expected the tab group to change its position and move it before another tab group.

That works in Chrome.
