IMO, "Email This URL" is more specific, therefore more clear, than "Send
Location," which could be interpreted in several ways. ("Tell people where my
computer is located...", etc.)

Not really. "This URL" could be a link that's currently selected, for example.
Besides, user understanding of location will be higher that URL, which is a
technical term.
How about "Send Page URL", which would refer toboth the front most page/window
and the url of the displayed page.
Here is new nib file with what seems to be the best of both worlds - "Email
Page URL". Lets get this in and done with.
