I think we've basically got three bugs remaining to fix here:
(1) bug 1951011 which is responsible for 2 test failures in css/css-viewport/zoom
(2) bug 1887627 which is responsible for the rest of the test-failures in css/css-viewport/zoom
(3) bug 1951775 which is tracking one test-failure in css/css-overscroll-behavior that we contributed and think-we-should-already-pass; might be a test bug or harness issue (needs investigation).

And to a lesser extent, we also have:
(4) bug 1944404 which is tracking a subtest failure in shadow-dom (but it's one of 13 subtests, so it's of negligible impact to our overall score).

(and I think all of those are small-to-medium sized bugs; nothing especially complex)
