1948320 - Duplicate remaining legacy telemetry probes into Glean (browser/components/places)

There's a few probes that we currently want to keep recording, and we don't yet have Glean equivalents. We should add Glean equivalents and if possible use GIFFT to report them.

The probes for this bug and suggested namings for Glean are:

• PLACES_HISTORY_LIBRARY_SEARCH_TIME_MS
  • library.history_search_time
• PLACES_LIBRARY_CUMULATIVE_HISTORY_SEARCHES
• PLACES_LIBRARY_CUMULATIVE_BOOKMARK_SEARCHES
  • For both of these, maybe library.cumulative_searches and a labelled something? They're slightly different forms of library.search.
• PLACES_SEARCHBAR_FILTER_TYPE
  • history_sidebar.filter_type
• PLACES_SEARCHBAR_CUMULATIVE_SEARCHES
  • history_sidebar.cumulative_searches
• PLACES_SEARCHBAR_CUMULATIVE_FILTER_COUNT
  • history_sidebar.cumulative_filter_count
• PLACES_BOOKMARKS_SEARCHBAR_CUMULATIVE_SEARCHES
  • bookmarks_sidebar.cumulative_searches

These should all be specified in browser/components/places/metrics.yaml.
