It has changed since version 1.3a. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Just a matter of consistancy between builds and releases.
I may be mistaken. However, I am unable to verify as when attempt to load Mozilla 1.3a, it seems to launch 1.3b (according to the Help). This may or may not be a concern.
