Go to https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D238172 (I am logged out of phab)
Triple click this line to select this text : "Authored by sotaro on Fri, Feb 14, 10:02 AM." (this is the line near the top)
Right click on it to create a text-fragment
AR: Option is grayed out
