Steps to reproduce

1. Have at least 20 Tabs on the tab strip.
2. Select the First tab from the Tab strip to have it Active.
3. Use the mouse scroll wheel to reach the last tab from the Tab strip.
4. Right Click the Last tab and Add it to a new Group.

Expected result

• The last tab should be in focus and the Create new Tab group panel should be displayed properly.

Actual result

• The Create new Tab group panel is displayed outside of view while the Tab strip scrolls back to the Active tab.
